I have never owned a sex toy before and I'd like some advice on which ones I should get. I've decided that I'd prefer something made of silicon and can vibrate. I have never orgasmed or came in my life time... I want something that can make me feel good without the frustration....

Here are a few suggestions to start out with. Feel free to PM me if you need anything.

BSwish's BDesired (multiple speeds, multiple patterns - a little easier to use than PicoBong to start, but hard to find in stock)
PicoBong Moka (More expensive, multiple speeds, multiple patterns)

My first toy was a traditional bullet, but I think you're on the right track. I would start off with something relatively inexpensive, or maybe even go for the buy-one-get-one-free sale going on right now--that way you can experiment.
