Planning two work shops, need input...must have input.

Contributor: ToyTimeTim ToyTimeTim
Hey y'all, I got approval for a couple of work shops today. While I think I have all the bases covered, I figured it could not hurt to get some input from everyone. So if there is something you would like to know about, post it here for me.

The first one will be about prostate massage: Lube, how too, toys, partner play, solo, plugs etc.. This will focus on massage/milking the prostate with some health benefits thrown in as well. I think this will be very helpful for those new to P-spot fun.

The second one will be about cock rings; How to find the right size, different ways to wear them and how to put them on (Mostly metal/stone rings), safety and materials.

I am pretty excited about these work shop's, I have a great visual aid on the way that will work awesome for both of these work shops.

Hahahaha, I would love to know your experience with the c-ring I reviewed today. That would be awesome!

I can't wait to hear about the prostate milking.

Although my guy isn't really into this right now, he might be one day and I want to make sure I can help him!

I will definitely look forward to learning about both things, especially the prostate milking. We've talked about it, but I'd love some additional information.

I would give it a good try, I just can't believe it is so big.

I might have a few things that may help, like some of the health benefits.

Cool, that is why I am doing that one, mostly for those looking to try it.

Ok...so one thing I would like to know about with the P-spot stuff is what is my responsibility as the giver instead of the receiver. What things do I need to pay attention to in order to make sure everything is going smooth and safe and things I could suggest during the session that would make it more pleasurable. Like maybe the top five positions to use or something like that. I'm terrified that I'm going to hurt the guy and then he'll never want to do it again.

Good input! I will cover most of this but since it will be a few weeks or so I'll tell you this; COMMUNICATION is key to most things. Ask him if it feels OK, any pain/discomfort, enough lube etc.. Any position that is comfortable for him will work fine. I like to be on my back so the wife has access to the rest of me for oral or hand work, but a doggie style position works better when she is using a finger.

One thing about safety, that the wife does for me, is to use a latex type glove. This keeps the fingernail(s) from causing pain and of course makes clean up easy. If you have long nails you can use a cotton ball inserted into the finger of the glove.

Sweet!!! Thanks. I keep my nails short, but sometimes I get really bad hangnails and he says he can feel them so I'll definitely keep that in mind. You're awesome-sauce!

Keep your eyes on the community calender for the work shop.

I know this is simple, but probably the best types of lubes to use in both cases and why. Removing a C-Ring without lubrication is too close to a horror story for comfort, at least in my opinion =P

I'll be covering that for sure.

Until then though, I suggest looking first at the type of material the ring is made of. About 80% or so of the rings (made of soft materials) do not work that well with silicone lube. In that case water based lube is your only option. Use some to put it on and then, if needed, a bit of spit or water will reactivate the lube and make removal easier.

For materials that work with silicone lube, you should not need anything to reactivate it.

Hope that helps a bit. Feel free to post anymore questions here or message me.

GREAT topics! I'm thinking you'll probably already be covering this, but I'd be sure to touch upon the stigma surrounding penetration being something associated with "weakness" or homosexuality in men. It'd be nice to make a note of how this idea is disturbingly sexist (for women that enjoy penetration, we're not weak because of that!) and also homophobic (heavens forbid anyone be mistaken for gay, right?) I know it's more of a how-to workshop, but I think a HUGE step in learning "how-to" is learning how-to get over your phobia of being perceived as weak or gay (if you're a straight man).

Also, I've always been afraid of trying metal rings with my partner. A silicone ring I could always carefully snip off with manicure scissors if needed, but I can't exactly weld off a metal one. Maybe tips on how to handle emergency situations, and the inclusion of a emergency kit (one of the gel-filled ice packs that gets cool but not so cold that it would damage nerve endings, cuticle scissors, etc) and that?

Anyways, looking forward to your workshops! They're always very thorough. I don't often comment, but I follow along at home for the pictures/videos

Ya know, I did think about that. I am afraid it would just take too much time though. (I am already up to about a two hour work shop.) Still, it is worth a mention though. Good idea.

Good thoughts on the rings too. I am planning on mentioning going bigger with metal rings at first and how to properly measure. Emergence removal is a definite, like you said, you can not just cut off a stainless ring.

Awesome Owl, thanks for the ideas.

Will there be some anatomical diagrams? I have a fairly good working-knowledge just from going by feel, but I'd be curious to see diagrams of where the prostate is relative to other important parts of male anatomy.

OHMYGOSH I am so envious of you! I hope you put it to lots of good work after the workshop, too. That looks like the most amazing thing for one-partner DP (from a lady's perspective, of course. Though I'm sure you and your wife will find valuable uses for it).

Honestly, its not my thing but I have tried it, if it was a little firmer it would be a lot better. I am hoping the wife will try it out as well, it would be awesome if she rode it while giving me oral. Threesomes are one fantasy that will never happen with another person so this would be the next best thing, eh? If I could get her into anal play, it would be a dream come true to try DP.
