Not everybody can do it. What type of toy and/or stimulation are you trying?

It’s not the easiest thing, but doable. A lot has to do with the frame of mind; How much are you into anal play and How much does the thought of it turn you on? Personally I’m 100% on both; and that definitely helps!

You can't force it like a penis orgasm. It's very much a submissive frame of mind. The subtle pleasure will ebb and flow.
