I actually find that it turns me on more and really heats things up when we're both giving while receiving! At first it was somewhat difficult to accomplish both at once, but after a while you find a rhythm and just run with it

I have difficulty focusing with both of us at the same time, and it is an impossible task for her. Since oral sex for her is almost always a critical part of the more intense parts of our foreplay (does it count a foreplay?), I have come to enjoy it much more than receiving.
