As for me, not that I have a special technique, but what works for me is to be highly aroused and have the right toy.

The advice to be really uninhibited is important! Especially if it's your first time, squirting might almost feel like you're going to pee, which can definitely ruin the mood.

I can squirt but it’s not like what you read about or see on porn. My SO always Tells me to relax and just let it happen. I’ve never focused on squirting in the past.
