Why don't you read the reviews and then contact the contributor?

While I havent watched the dvd I did read the book (out of print for a good long while) and I suppose for some people it might be useful but like my other exotic dance dvds its a lot of feel your curves, you're beautiful, therapy type stuff, and at the rate I follow the first advice I should feel divine but I don't so if you want to learn the moves it's as valid of a resourse as anything else, if you want it for the self esteem side, you'll have to look at whether or not a dvd saying you're beautiful will fix things. if you want more of a workout with the moves (and aren't bothered by breathing through your ovaries) SFactor are good dvds and books, and exotic dance workout/iresistable art are good dvds to.

It's very basic. How-to-walk type of stuff.

Exoting dancing is one of the Eastern-tradition. If you like that just review any Egyptian women dancing on searchers. Also you will need to have dancing clothes and it is wide spreading.
