I've got one. They're really fun! You can use them gently to glide them along skin (feels a bit ticklish to me this way). My husband also likes blindfolding me or tying me up and telling me not to move, and then running it across my skin. It's a lot of fun.

It's all about the pressure. if you run it lightly over the skin, it is like running a feather over your skin. The harder you press, the more intense it gets. You would have to press ridiculously hard to actually break the skin. I've used it all over my wife's body, excluding her eyes. My wife actually thinks that having me run it over her clit and labia is absolutely mind-blowing - much different in sensation from a toy, finger, or tongue. It can also be used like a mallet, inasmuch as you can tap it on the skin for more focused sensations. Just like running it over the skin, the actual intensity depends on how hard you do it.

Imagine the pinwheels you had as a kid. Now imagine it much smaller and and with small, spikes on it rather than blades. Just like the pinwheel you grew up with, you can grab it by the handle and roll it like you were pushing a small pizza cutter. This is actually a real medical instrument used to test skin sensitivity in patients with neurological issues, so it's no mere toy. In the sexual arena, it gives anywhere between a ticklish and pricklish feeling depending on the pressure you exert. It definitely fits more into the BDSM arena than into vanilla sex.

i like it to be glided along my inner labia...right next to my vulva. it doesn't hurt, but it provides a...i'm not in control situation, which i like.
