What do you characterize as “sex”? Foreplay? Oral? Anal? Penis insertion?

My SO and I had a discussion on this topic. I’m curious as to what others consider “sex” to be? We both think that oral,, and anal are all consider sex. Our thoughts are that insertion into another partner is considered an act of sex.

What do you think?

As to me, everything that can give physical pleasure and orgasms is definitely SEX.

Totally agree! Any interaction that results in physical pleasure and hopefully an orgasm is sex.

I believe that if one person gives another person an orgasm, it’s sex. How you get there doesn’t necessarily determine if it is or not, in my opinion. I’ve dated women in the past that have said things like “it was just a blowjob so that doesn’t count.” Really?? To me that’s every bit as intimate, if not more so, than vaginal penetration. I have never understood that logic, but maybe that’s just me.

“it was just a blowjob so that doesn’t count.” - I guess it is just an excuse.

Leil@ & wicked48 hit the nail on the head with their responses. I agree that any interaction that results in physical pleasure that can produce an orgasm is sex.

I’m sorry that happened to you. That is a terrible explanation! EXCUSE! And you said “women”… that’s what makes all women look bad.

Onto topic;
If one is to orgasm just during fore play, do you considered that sex?

To me all acts mentioned is a form of cheating. PERIOD!!
