I live alone now so it's not an issue. But when I did need cover noise, my fan that's always on did some good, but music = the best. Plus, for me, the right music can make everything more intense. So even though I don't need it, I still turn music on before I play

Blankets and pillows if I'm in bed, and music if it's available. Showers for waterproof toys.

I always get a bit paranoid if I can hear the toy because then I'm afraid others will hear it too, even if I've tested to see if I could hear them outside of my room (that's what happens when you try using toys in your parents' house). Thus, I usually have to muffle it with blankets and pillows.
I really ought to try the TV or ambient Enterprise idling engine noise some time.

Music, but I like to listen music anyway. If something is too long wait for no one to be on the house.

Don't need to be quiet. 8D Yay living on your own haha. But otherwise I think white noise works well. I have a heater right by my room that makes a soft hum at all times, I doubt anyone could hear anything behind a closed door over that!

It just kind of depends really. If I'm home alone then there is no stopping me. All the noise I want. If Im not alone it just kind of depends on what method I'm doing.

Over the years I've gotten pretty good at the silent but we usually have a fan on too to help

I don't usually worry about this, but when I do I use a fan and music.

the only times ive had to be quiet is when we are going at it and someone else is sleeping in the room, like on big family vacations... not very easy. i guess a hand over the mouth or face buried in the pillow. but at home we dont have to be quiet.
