Yes. There's a difference between "buzzed" and "drunk", drunk is kind of dangerous unless you are really comfortable with who you are with and where you are. For me, drunk is when you basically can't function any where near your normal capacity. Drunk sex is not very good if you ask me. Buzzed sex though can be really nice. You are just a little more relaxed and the sensations are heightened and your inhabitions might be lowered somewhat so you might be willing to do (or ask for) that thing you don't normally do but have always wanted to.

I'm not at all into drunk sex with people I'm not sleeping with consistently-- the idea of it makes me sort of uncomfortable because I feel like in a lot of situations you can't fully consent if you're drunk. That being said, when I was in a long relationship we had some of the hottest sex when we were really drunk, and we tried a lot of things we wouldn't have otherwise.
