I got a brand new toy today. I was all excited: opening the box as fast as possible, putting in the batteries, hitting the power button, and...nothing. So I went back to double check that everything was in place correctly and tried the button again. Still nothing.

I already submited a support ticket to exchange it for a new one but I was still so sad. This is the first defective toy I've ever received and it's like you get yourself all hyped up for something new and fun but then it doesn't work.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Were you as sad as I am?

That sucks! When I got my sqweel (from another co. before EF carried them) it arrived completely dead. Tried every battery in the house and NOTHING. I was furious!

When I ordered my Mistress Vibe Kit, I discovered that the batteries were either dead or the bullet itself was broken. I never bothered to test out a second set of batteries.

I wasn't really upset, since I'd planned to use a different bullet anyway. Watch batteries annoy me too much to bother with in most cases, so that bullet was going to sit collecting dust whether it worked or not.

Frankly, I think I should have just gotten the regular Mistress - internal vibrations don't usually drive me wild and I wouldn't need to have a bullet in it for the shaft to be fully stable. Maybe some other time.

no... not that exactly, but I did just recently get a new toy. I was so excited that I called my boyfriend to tell him I got it and he said I had to wait for him to try it out!! LOL

But the vibrating Mistress is *blue*. That trumps stability, right?

Strangely, in person it's a kind of odd blue-green, and I'm not sure if I love it or just like it.

it's happened a few times. sometimes it's just because these toys have cheap contacts and you really need to go in and physically make adjustments to get them to work.

I got the toy I bought to turn on for a few minutes but then it turned itself off just like what happened to you. I noticed you commented on the Bgood deluxe page saying you resently got that toy. If it's the Bgood deluxe that's giving you problems then I guess it might not be just mine.
