Do you ever feel guilty for masturbating?
I was born and raised in a Catholic household. I went to Catholic schools my entire life. Sex was always a taboo topic, and in school it was always "sex is for marriage." Masturbation was an even more taboo topic that just wasn't discussed. I don't necessarily take those beliefs to heart, but I guess it's just so ingrained into me, and even though I don't believe it, whenever I masturbate I feel guilty afterwards...sometimes the guilt becomes too much and I have to stop myself.
Do you ever feel guilty? Or have you ever felt guilty? How did you stop feeling guilty?
