I never do but the shaving cream I use for it is moisturizing so I guess in a way.

i am a man and i used to "moisturize" my privates all the time. i used lotion as a lube for masturbating. i haven't done that for years. i go dry and i do fine. i think maybe i learned how to hold myself so i can stimulate without chafing. i really don't need moisturizing down there anyway.

I use coconut oil on my lady parts and bum after I shower. I take really hot showers and do a lot of cleaning with fingers since I only use water, which can get drying at times. I also use coconut oil for lube and it is fantastic.

Yes I apply lotion all over my body except for my back. Of course I don't put lotion on my inner labia but the outer ones get moisturized.

It's a self cleaning and caring machine. My skin may get dry elsewhere but I don't need lotion there.

Nope. I'm very prone to infections, so I don't wash my vulva with anything other than water.

I guess I've never really thought about it. I don't ever get dry though so I can't see myself needing to moisturize, at least not for the foreseeable future.
