If it's a powered toy, I usually end up dismantling it and trying to see what I can do with the parts before throwing it all away. I have made a necklace using only parts of an egg vibrator and its remote. As for other toys, such as a dildo, I would probably find a way to chop it up into little pieces before disposing of it.

We have retired some toys, but most of the time once they're retired we toss them out. We don't have a ton of storage so with all of the new toys we get we have to throw out some.

Depends on what the toy is. If it's broken and I loved it, I will just buy a new one and get rid of the old.

I haven't thrown out any toys yet. But I do move them to a box that I put up somewhere else. That keeps the toys I don't want to use out of the way.

If something's totally broken or useless I'll trash it, but otherwise I hang onto my toys.

I retire any toys that I never use/don't like for some reason, or if they're getting too old (this is only really a problem with jelly and such, though). No shame in sending toys to toy heaven!

I keep toys that I don't use or are broken a little longer than I should if there's a sentimental value attached to it. But my toy box is only so big, so I do toss them out when I start running out of room.

The box of shame...too funny, but a good idea as I've thrown toys out that I wish I still had when I've got an urge for a certain feeling for a toy that was good for providing and after looking vigourisly through my collection I sadly realized I threw it out.
