I would probably tell him that his fly was down I have no shame an I notice the littlest things so that would probably catch my eye.

Of course.
Some years ago a coworker who really did not get along with me came down the cube aisle with TP hanging out of the back of his pants. I told him quietly so that he could do whatever he needed to do without brining attention to it. I never mentioned it to anyone else. After a while he seemed to became less antagonistic toward me.
