I feel that my intensity and energie make more of a difference than beads do. But for me stronger pelvic floor muscles = stronger, longer orgasms. Anything that helps with kegeling is a good idea in my book!!!

I have quite a few sets of vaginal balls, and I feel that they definitely make a difference. You do have to keep in mind that you need to put work into it in order to get results though.

Any type of Kegel exercises will increase muscle strength, and thereby increase orgasm intensity. I don't have Luna Beads, but I 3 variations of Smartballs, which work on the same principle. I find having something to squeeze against helps, even though I don't have to work particularly hard to keep them in.

I think any kegel exercises (with balls or without) will increase the intensity of orgasms. Balls help at the beginning, but once you get tight, it's hard to find ones that are small enough to be a challenge.

If you have strong pelvic floor muscles sex & climaxes/orgasms will be better....that's a fact. Vaginal beads (I use Lelo Luna beads) will help strengthen pelvic floor muscles if used regularly and properly. You don't HAVE to use beads to exercise those muscles, but beads are a good accessory and are discreet (I sometimes keep mine in all day as long as I don't have a bowel movement!). But here's an extra: I have found that my Lelo vibrator can transmit the vibrations through my groin and provoke a slight vibration in the beads...which is wonderful. Also, the beads provide that "filled" sensation when vibing solo. Furthermore....when Phil & I indulge in partnered masturbation, I find getting him to tug on the cord just as I'm about to come brings the beads into closer contact with my Gspot, which leads to mind blowing orgasms

I just got the Luna Noir beads (pretty much the same thing you guys got), I already do kegels so I don't have to work at all to keep them in. I'm excited to see how they do though, they're still fun and new! How awesome to win the giveaway! I'm sure your wife will have fun with them, can't hurt either way.
