Hard time sleeping?

Contributor: twelve13 twelve13
That happens to me a lot. Normally because of anxiety. Benedryl typically helps. I tend to just have a hard time falling asleep. Once I'm out, I'm good.

i have tried everything u can imagine. sometimes like all of those things at once and still can't sleep. I've been told that melatonin really does help but I'm still skeptical bc not even hardcore sleeping pills have helped me. just try to relax and clear your mind, maybe a bath, sex, etc might also help. its one of the worst issues to have.

What do you do to help you fall asleep?
I used to have terrible insomnia before I adapted my current routine.

I have a basic routine that I follow every night. I shower, brush, remove my contacts and remaining makeup, then I lie down in bed.

This is where I use my Hitachi magic wand to masturbate. After a quick orgasm, my brain shuts off and I drift off to sleep.

Since becoming an elementary school teacher, I stand all day. I have to sleep with my head and shoulders elevated to reduce pressure on my lower back. This allows me to stay asleep longer!

Reading a book to calm down, as does some warm tea
