How accurately can you predict how a toy will feel, before you actually try it?

I'm working on filling up my cart to take advantage of this coupon, and in addition to changing my mind a whole bunch, I find myself imagining what this or that dildo will feel like in use. My imagination was spot on with my most recent purchases, so I was wondering what other people had experienced.

I think that with vibes you have to at least handled a a product from the company before to anticipate the frequency and intensity, but with shapes and textures my imagination is pretty darn good.

There is no way for me to predict how any toy will feel, or even how big it is. Even on Eden's site with the 1:1 full size, I always underestimate how big a certain toy will be (not that this is a bad thing by any means). I think my eyes play tricks on me. I kind of clear my mind of any expectations so when I get my pacakge, I am always pleasantly wowed by the power or feel of toys.

I think I have a reasonable idea of how a toy will feel ahead of time. I was completely wrong about Reflections Serenity though.

Very rarely can I tell what I'm in for. That's half the fun!

Probably about 50-60%. I can usually tell if a toy's likely to be a real stinker, but the rest is an adventure.

I think it is more of an adventure than anything. But the more products I try, the more I learn about certain toys and lines.

No clue. I just read reviews and hope for the best. I dont go by the 1:1 because I find it off. I look at the specs, I know what I like. And check reviews and videos to try and get a 'feel' for it.

It depends on the toy and how much info I have before making the purchase. I'm going to go with about 50% accuracy. Sometimes looks can be deceiving i.e. a toy whose silicone looks like it be firm but is actually much softer then it looks (it was a good thing in this case).

I'm at about 50% accuracy also.
