I can't vote because I'm not a guy, but I know that my guy prefers me shaved, but if I don't have time a certain week, trimmed is fine.

natural for aesthetics, but trimmed for practicality. it's hard to give orel sex without getting hair caught in the teeth if she's not trimmed.

My man couldn't care less. Full on natural, or a bit removed. The only thing he's not crazy about is the completely bald look. That's something we're on the same page about.
