Can somebody tell me who CBT is? I don't know if I know this term. Sorry.

To answer your question though, I'm a female and while I have a lot of fun with bondage and some restraining and spanking and rough play, the only place I do pain is my nipples and I don't care to be put in pain for someone's pleasure. It kind of makes me sad more than aroused. My partner is a male and hell, it took me forever to assure him a slap on the butt didn't actually hurt me! Lol. He would worry about causing me real pain. If it's extremely rough or draws blood, we don't get into it. Mostly we're into the lighter stuff.
