A plug-in vibrator is a must have: Either a Hitachi or a Wahl (I have both I personally prefer the Wahl, but the Hitachi gets me off faster).

My favorite toy is the We-Vibe Salsa. It's small, powerful, rechargeable, and terribly convenient.

Vixskin is amazing. I have and love the Mustang and Lone Star, but I'm sure they're all great.

I'm not sure what you have, but a good clit vibe is a great start. Mimi and Tango by wevibe are my favorites. I also like a good insertable vibrator. Uma, Gigi and the g4 tiger are my favorites, and those can be used externally as well. A nice dildo is good. If you want unrealistic Ella is a nice one, or if you want realistic I suggest Vixskin. I also think you should try at least one glass. My faves are icicles 17 and serenity, but there are tons of good ones out there! Rabbits are nice and if you can afford it I say go ahead and start with a jopen. They dont cost that much more than a a good one made of quality material. My fave is the vr6.5. And XYCopperheadSly is right a plug in wand is great for those days when nothing else will do and you just want to come quickly. I use the inspire by couture most often. I like the way you can control the speed.

Avoid jelly, and always read the reviews. This will save you from most mistakes. Remember that bodies vary, so when something requires a specific fit, like a dual stimulator or rabbit vibe, it won't always work for everyone. Keep your dual stimulator purchases either cheap or adjustable until you have that figured out, then take the toy that fits to the computer screen for exact comparisons when considering future purchases.

I think the best things in my collection are the Pure Wand, the Little Chroma, the Form 3, and the Lelo Iris, but your mileage may vary. I also really love glass pieces. I'm the biggest fan of the Little Chroma in these parts, and some people find it flat out boring, but I find the pitch of the vibrations to be too perfect for words and compare everything else to it.
