It varies. Each "round" can be done in as little as 1-2 minutes if conditions are right and I don't want to waste time, but there's usually more than one round per session. And of course, when I'm very much in the mood, I'll make the rounds last longer. Some sessions will go on for an hour if there's breaks in-between.
