I recently bought a toy that the only packaging was the padded pouch. I loved that because I hate when toys are over packaged, it just creates unnecessary garbage. Does anyone else feel this way?
What do you think about minimal packaging?

The less, the better. If it is a toy that needs instructions, that is really all I need. I'd rather get a storage bag and a boring looking box. Jopen and LELO have nice boxes inside the product box but I just don't have the room and have thrown most of them out, I kept a couple to keep chargers and stuff in. I hate having a bunch of sex toy packaging to throw away.

I do like to have some packaging, but I prefer it to be in the same style as the packaging Apple used for the 6th gen ipod nano. It was a 2.5" square cube, literally only big enough to hold the ipod, charger, earbuds, and the manual and warranty information. I don't always trust shippers to do a good job safely packing an item, so I at least want a little protection for something expensive, but generally the less the better, and bonus points if it's biodegradable.

Yes, I prefer less packaging... except perhaps on expensive toys, which I might store them inside. Most of my toys go in a toy box, though, and all I want is a pouch to keep them in so they don't touch.

I like it. Less to throw away!

Agreed, the less the better.

Yes, less is better. Unless it's a nice looking box that would double as storage (like Jejoue products), the packaging goes to the trash anyways. I ordered the Amethyst and while it was only wrapped in light bubble wrap and the velvet pouch, it did arrive safely to the other side of the world from the States. Obliviously it was inside a shipping box but still...

I prefer it when toys come with less packaging, because really, I don't need all the extras. Unless the packaging is really elegant, it just gets tossed....such a waste.
