Definitely too dangerous, especially on a public road where random bystanders may end up suffering the consequences.

No. Flat-out, I wouldn't do it.

It's scary enough, as a pedestrian, seeing drivers distracted by cell phones. I'd really, really hate to think of drivers being distracted by something like a blowjob. So I certainly refuse to have a hand in creating such a distraction. Even if there's no one on the road and no one walking nearby, I'd be too scared of an accident resulting.
