Unless my entire apartment is filled from floor to ceiling with sex toys, I won't understand this "too many sex toys" thing you speak of.

I'd throw out stuff if it was really old/icky/not working/not useful. There are occasionally places for resell, but I'm not at that point.
I'd probably go with "get a new cabinet."

I looked for a way to dispose them, but I didn't find anything. So, I just throw some of them out periodically.

No, you can never have enough! Although if they don't work anymore, are flawed, broke etc, then yeah throw them out.
