I have been making a lot of video reviews, because when I'm buying a toy video reviews really help me make my decision. I am going to continue to make them, does anyone have any tips to make a really excellent video review?

I think each person will probably have a different take on that question. Mostly because each of us has a different style/approach when making a video review.
If there are any specific users whose video reviews you really like, maybe you could do a mentorship with them, or even an unofficial mentorship just PMing them to get tips and advice. Feel free to watch some of my video reviews, if you like them, shoot me a message - I'd be happy to help you with yours!
In my opinion, some of the most important things to keep in mind are good lighting, good editing, keeping things very brief, and not just repeating everything you said in the text review. I also think it's important to respect copyright laws if you use any images or music in your review. I don't know if that helps, but if you have any more specific questions, feel free to ask!

I think the most important things are to be brief, and to really show off all the things that you can't tell from a text review. Squeeze and flex it! Turn it on, show us how much it bends!
And good lighting and clear editing are important too.
