That depends entirely on how observant your children are and whether or not they have the context to understand what the things are. What is a sex toy to us, could look like who-knows-what to them.
Funny story: My partner forgot to put up a new "cactus" vibrator, or rather, her oldest (10) got bored and went on a treasure hunt in the house. He found the vibrator, and with his social context of sensory toys (many of which would make fantastic vibrators) he promptly turned it on and started chewing on it. She was mortified. He didn't understand why, and my partner came back with "It's mommy's special massager. If you want one of your own, I'm sure we can find you one."
It thoroughly scarred my partner, but I look forward to whipping that story out during the socially acceptable parents-mortify-the-ki d-with-baby-stories opportunity when he gets much older.
