Other. Sometimes I go without, especially if I know I'm getting some or if I'm wearing pants. However, when I'm wearing a skirt, I wear panties because I have a fair amount of vaginal discharge.
I don't take into account of an accident or whatever, because even if I'm wearing underwear, the paramedics are going to come across about 20 condoms, lube, and about 3 vibrators that are always in my purse. So not too worried about what anyone thinks me in the realm.

I wear panties maybe once or twice a month. I think they're uncomfortable and quite HONESTLY, I don't have a flying f****** clue why anyone would consider it gross? Unless your vagina is gross, how is not wearing underwear gross? I don't and nothing gross happens. I don't have a period though. I don't feel weird not wearing them. I haven't in years. That alone is reason enough for me to be careful not to have an emergency accident where my panties may need taking off.

I only ever wear skimpy thongs and g-strings. I would probably go without if I could get away with it, but it's a typically moist enviroment down there for me, so it doesn't work out.
