Vibrating anal beads - beads discontinued by Pipedream - review by The Temptress

Let my preface this review by saying I am an anal virgin and totally new to anal play and anal toys. That being said I think the Vibrating Anal Beads by Pipedream was a perfect introduction.

First, the basics. The toy is made from plastic and comes in black and purple. It has five graduated beads and a vibrating bullet that is inserted into the base. It comes with a battery and a sample of lube and toy cleaner. (Neither of which I used.) Clean up is simple – it’s waterproof so just a bit of soap and water or toy cleaner does the trick.

When I pulled it out of the package I was immediately excited to try it. For my first anal toy I didn’t find it intimidating in the least. I did find the material and it’s construction to appear a little cheap. But we get what we pay for.

Into bed I climbed, new toy and lube in hand. Teasing myself with it first I realized that it’s a great clit stimulator as well. However, I also noticed that because the vibrations are created by the bullet in the bottom of the toy, the top few beads don’t have a very strong “charge.” It’s pleasant but not mind blowing.

A few minutes later my virgin hole was opening to the first bead, then the second... then the third. And that was definitely the limit. But wow, I thought mid-orgasm, I’m really glad I ordered this!

My only criticism when all was said and done (a few times,) is that the beads really are pretty hard and non-flexible. Next time I’ll go with something that gives way a bit – silicone perhaps?

But for a beginners toy I’d say it’s a good, inexpensive buy. And once I can get all the beads inside of me, when I’ll really be able to FEEL those vibrations, I think I’ll enjoy it even more.

This toy has just become my favorite multi-use toy. I tried it vaginally and holy moly, what an interesting pleasurable sensation! (Keep in mind you can't sterilize this toy so if you are going to be using it both anally and vaginally use a condom.)
Despite how thin it is, the vibrations and the shape ended up giving me an incredibly intense vaginal orgasm. (ie: no clit stimulation involved.)
