Of all the numerous sex products we have, this is one we should have purchased a long time ago. It is easy to use. Does a great job. It also takes away the worry about surprises when you are engaging in anal stimulation. When you know you are going to be having anal sex, sometimes you want to prep the area. I have tried all kinds of methods to clear out before sex. I have tried a showerhead massager on the intense stream setting to squirt water up there. That did really work that well. I have used other type of items that allow you to inject water, but they ate not designed for enemas and are hard to use. This product allows you to do so easily. You just unscrew the shaft from the bulb. Fill the bulb with warm, not hot, water. Screw the shaft back on. Use a little lube (water-based because of the silicone). Insert a couple of inches and squeeze. I was able to squeeze standing up, and I used a couple of flushes to clear out the area.

It gives you a sense of confidence that you won't have any surprises when you have your fun, and you don't need to hold back. You do need to make sure that you do a good job cleaning the item. You want to make sure everything is clean and sterile for the next time that you use it. Cleaning it was not too difficult but not the easiest task ever either.

This still is working great. There really isn't anything to break on it, so it should last a long time. You can be too enthusiastic with it and use too much water, so all you really need is a couple of squirts to get it all clean.
