This is my second foray into anal douches. This one is a little different, in that it is one piece and flexible. My other ones has a removable nozzle with attachment and is rigid. It has a nice sized nozzle that is nubby for some added pleasure and help to retain the toy while dispensing in your butt. They are graduated and get larger as you get closer to the squeeze bulb. This is a nice feature and helps prevent any leakage when removing it vs. one that is uniform thickness. It is also flexible, which makes for more comfortable insertion for most. There is a flange to let you know when it is fully inserted and perhaps to prevent splashback? This is a nice touch that is not seen on most douches.

The entire douche is made of silicone (10 on safety scale) which is great for health and safety. This means you can sterilize with a 5% bleach solution or drop in boiling water to clean it. You'll have the added benefit of the toy warming up if you like that sensation. You can also share this with a partner with proper cleaning between uses.

It's a simple procedure to use this. Just fill a vessel with warm water or mixture of choice. Squeeze the bulb and dip the nozzle in, then releasing the bulb to pull water into the douche. Lube it up with your favorite water based lubricant (I recommend Sassy booty) and insert into your rear and gently squeeze until empty. I recommend kneeling with your head below your waist for best results, though you can do it in most positions. Others may prefer to lie on their backs and raise their legs. Still others might be lucky enough to have a partner to the procedure for them. The rest is all up to you.

Douching is appealing if you plan on having someone else putting their tongue or finger back there or preparing for anal play/anal sex. Of course they can also be used for constipation and other medical/health needs, but that's not really why you are reading this is it? You are still reading right?

Anyhow, this is a nice douche and has some benefits over standard ones and others offered for sale. This one is comfortable, easy to use and slightly pleasurable and this might as well be fun right? The only improvement I can think of would be to have a removable nozzle for easier cleaning and drying out. It takes some effort to get the last drops of water out of the bulb when done with it.

I'd recommend this to anyone wishing to try an anal douche. It is of nice quality and very comfortable to use.

I've only used an anal douche for the past few years now and then. I guess I never thought it was that useful or would be too uncomfortable, but I actually find it's a bit pleasurable and practical for anal play preparation and also for those times when you just need to be flushed out. Anyway, for anyone on the fence like I was, it's actually pretty pleasurable to use one and this one is a good choice.

I love this even more. I didn't realized you could take it apart to clean at the time of review, as it was well disguised. It is very comfortable and functional to use. I like it better than my previous model. Size is just right.
