This set is definitely best used anally, even for a beginner like myself. I test drove them vaginally and they just didn't do the trick! They come with large bases for easy maneuvering, and would be well suited to beginners because of the very gradual increase in width.

I appreciated that these plugs were black, eliminating any unsightly things that might scare a beginner away. For a first timer like myself, the material was a happy medium between squishy and firm. The small and medium sizes are much softer and more flexible than the largest size. They do have a very faint odor, but not anything that detracted from my experience.

The nice large, round bases eliminate any concern of "losing" anything; the only feature that I would change about these plugs is implementing T-shaped bases as opposed to round ones. The T-shaped or straight base allows the plug to sit more comfortably, and would make these plugs suitable for extended wear.

The small sized plug was pretty small; I had zero trouble inserting and doing light thrusting (with lube) on my first try. The medium took a few minutes to get used to, but was still not daunting. The largest size in this set gave me a pleasantly full feeling, but was a little large for much movement/thrusting (from the perspective of a beginner).

I have traveled with these in a small (clean!) makeup bag with ease.

The best thing about this set of plugs is the range of sizes and the simple maintenance. The small, medium and large sizes allow a beginner to explore what they feel comfortable with. The dark color and seamless design allow these plugs to be cleaned easily with your favorite toy cleaner or antibacterial soap. The only thing I did not like about these plugs was the massive bases; they certainly didn't fit comfortably between my cheeks!

I used this product with Blossom Organics and Swiss Navy water-based lubricants, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Currently I store these sitting upright in their original packaging in a drawer, which works perfectly fine for my purposes. In terms of cleaning, I also use Swiss Navy Toy Cleaner and antibacterial soap on these plugs. They are very easy to clean and have not maintained any odors or textures.

The plugs came in an easy-open clear plastic container. Wendy Williams is featured on the packaging and it was all completely see-through. There were very few instructions, but with this type of toy not many are necessary. The packaging is sturdy enough to use for storage, but only if you don't damage it when opening. I would definitely gift wrap due to the clear package.
