Just like the name says, this is a training kit. It isn't pretty, but if you want an introduction to anal play, this is the way to do it. This set is obviously best for anal play, but could probably be used vaginally if you really wanted to. The sizes go up gradually; so, whether this is your first anal toy ever or you are just interested in learning to take larger toys, one of the three plugs should work for everyone.

First, let me stress that these are not the prettiest anal toys you'll ever own. They are plain black rubber and look a little more like something you'd find in an auto shop than a sex toy collection. Regardless of the appearance though, the sizes and shapes make them very functional. As you would imagine, there is a strong rubber smell which may fade over time but doesn't seem to go away completely.

Rubber is rank 3 on the material safety scale. It is porous, so this isn't a toy you'll want to share unless you cover them with condoms. Using a condom on these toys will prolong their life as well. These plugs are smooth and seamless which makes cleaning a bit easier. Both silicone and water based lubes are safe for these.

The shape of these plugs is great for anal penetration. They point at the ends then widen out gradually and are just soft enough to be comfortable. There is a little give to these toys but not a lot, just enough to keep it comfortable.

The first size is small enough for any beginner, and I really recommend starting with it. It might look a little small, but you'll appreciate it in the long run. The next size is just a bit bigger and should be comfortable to insert after you've gotten used to the smallest. I was a little surprised at the size of the largest toy as it is a quite a lot bigger than the others and is clearly meant for more advanced users. There shouldn't be a lot of trouble working your way up to it though.

The look is absolutely not discreet, so if you want to travel with them or leave them laying around, be prepared for others to know exactly what they are.

These plugs work great for just what they were intended for. The wide bases allow them to be easily removed and make them perfectly safe for anal play. Because they are a little bit soft, they work just fine for extended use or for short term wear. If you are working up to anal sex, these toys are easy to use with a partner and can be used every time before anal sex to prepare.

Since these are made from rubber, they can be cleaned with soap and water or with a toy cleaner. As anal toys, you'll want to keep them especially clean. But rubber is porous, so if you intend to share these at all you'll need to use a condom on them.

As I mentioned, both silicone and water based lubes are safe for these toys. An anti-bacterial lube might not be a bad idea because of the porousness.

The plugs come loosely placed in a fairly large box with a picture of the plugs on the front of it. Because they are rubber, you don't have to worry about anything breaking due to the less than secure packaging though.
