This is a good toy for stimulating the anus. Manipulating it can be a bit tricky, however. Once some lube gets on the o-ring at the tip, it becomes very slippery. I found the best way to use the toy was to stick my finger through the ring and crook it. Then I start turning my finger, so that the o-ring would twist up around it. This forced the entire length to spin. Most noticeably the small shaft between each bead began to flip about inside me.The movement of the beads was there, but not as noticeable. Do not try to just hold the ring itself and turn it. Once it becomes slick with lube, it is next to impossible to turn it enough to get the necessary motion within you. Twisting the ring up about your finger, however, will force the movement with no room for slipping whatsoever.

The beads are smooth since the texture wouldn't really add anything to the stimulation. The balls themselves are very firm enough that they could cause serious damage if swung against something. I would equate them to being similar to a baseball in firmness. The shaft between each ball is relatively flexible in order to make it easier to move them about inside you.

Overall, the design is good. The size of the balls may be too much for some to handle, ensuring you can take the thickness is an important factor before attempting to use them. If I had to make any change, I would make the o-ring have a more textured surface. Something that was easier to grip during usage. Average users are probably not going to be able to fit these inside. Beginners should stay well away from these.

The fact that the o-ring got so slippery is a detriment, but the method I describe under Use is more than enough to make up for that. I found it a bit difficult to get the balls inserted at first. This is partly due to the blunt nature of each ball. In all, I was able to get all three in, although the third one would not go in deep enough for me to close back up. This meant that it was far easier for it to pop back out on its own. In the end, I used just the two. But that was more than enough.

These are silicone, that means you need to keep them away from other silicone toys, at least for extended periods. Brief contact with other toys will not pose a problem. Similarly, silicone-based lubrication must be avoided. Stick to water-based, and you should be fine. For washing, you can boil it or use a toy cleaner. Hot water and soap, coupled with toy cleaner, can work well if you have to remain discreet during cleansing. Storage poses a bit of a problem, given the size of the toy. One thing to be cautious of is folding the toy back on itself. Touching itself could result in fusing. The best way to handle it is to keep it in its own plastic case, that it comes in.
