Use

This toy is great as a first anal toy as it is shaped just like a finger allows you to work up to the larger part. The first two “knuckles” or humps are easily insertable, conforming to your body, where as the larger end portion is more difficult to insert. Because the end portion is larger than the front, this toy starts sliding out and thus performs poorly as a butt plug. However, due to the curved shape of the toy and its vibrations, it serves as an excellent prostate massager. The vibrations occurred at a very high frequency and transmitted through the toy quite well to my prostate, but the bullet itself had weak vibrations to begin with. The batteries, however, died in only about an hour making the vibration aspect of this toy less exciting. This toy is water proof works great in the shower, there are no problems with water seeping into the vibrator nor were there problems with the toy falling out while standing.

Material / Texture

According to the packaging, this toy is made of “100% ultra-premium, platinum silicone” which is hypoallergenic, hygienic, odorless, tasteless, boilable, bleachable, dishwasher safe, and phthalate free. (Reference) The toy was odorless upon opening (it contained a very slight odor if I touched my nose to it), was very clean and smooth, and appeared to be very high quality. One thing that I found annoying was how this toy picked up dust and hairs of anything it touched. These were easily washed off or rubbed off with lube but lessened the impact of its otherwise very high quality.

Design / Shape / Size

The black pro touch has a classy black gloss finish with smooth curves. Its non-phallic, black appearance makes it seem more like a men’s toy, however it would be equally suited for women as well. The shape was similar to a curled index finger but it felt much smoother and conforming when inside. The insertable length is 4.75 inches while the thickest insertable diameter is 1.25 inch. The section nearest to the base is 1 inch in diameter which is somewhat awkward because it causes the toy to start falling out and distracts from the smaller parts inside, such that it almost seems like the toy is a little backwards. This shape, however, allows a beginner to work up to the larger part as the first two humps provide adequate stimulation, especially with the vibrator.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The pro touch itself is merely a silicon finger with a hole in the base thus making it completely waterproof. The flared base serves its purpose of preventing the toy from sliding up beyond reach, however it is very slippery when using lube which makes it difficult to twist the toy inside. When the bullet is not inserted, the base of the toy is less firm which makes it feel slightly smaller during use.

A bullet vibrator is included, along with 3 LR44 button batteries, which pushes into the base and is also waterproof. The vibrations from the bullet itself occur at a high frequency but are somewhat weak; this creates a slight numbing sensation that lessens the effect of the vibratory message. The push button control on the vibrating bullet can be used as a momentary switch as well as a regular switch. Pressing the switch on and off repeatedly gives a whole new sensation to the vibrations. One major annoyance was the battery life which caused the intensity of vibrations to decrease noticeably after about 40 minutes.

Care and Maintenance

Since this toy is made of silicone, you can do basically anything to it, except for using silicone lube. This toy is safe to put in the dishwasher, boil to sterilize, bleach to sterilize. When cleaning, it is recommended to remove the vibrating bullet, especially if you are boiling or using bleach.

Packaging

The package was very aesthetic and made the toy look high quality. It was see-through plastic with white text and a red wavy border. It had tabs on the top so it could have been opened without a knife but I was impatient and just cut them off. The labels on the packaging were very informative about the product however they did not include instructions for use, which is fine since the product is very straight forward.

Personal Comments

This is my very first toy and only toy so this review has been written from that perspective. I have very much enjoyed the use of this toy and I believe that it is a good introduction to anal play.

The first time I used this toy was in conjunction with Boy Butter lube, lubing the toy and inserting it were very easy however I did not push it past the third hump. It felt very similar to my finger but the position was less awkward and the surface was very smooth and less irritating. Even though the toy was not fully inserted, I came almost immediately when I turned on the vibrator and was shocked at how quickly and good it felt, this experience, however, was not repeated. I should note that during my first session I did not push the bullet all the way into the base of the toy because I was afraid it would get stuck, when I finally did push it in all the way, I found that the vibrations were much stronger and that I had little trouble getting the bullet back out.

The second time using the toy I tried pushing past the third hump to the base, which took a little bit of practice but I finally got it in. The wide base was somewhat distracting because it significantly widened my sphincter which detracted from the feeling at the prostate. When I experimented and let my body become adjusted to the wider base, the stretching was less distracting and more pleasurable. When I used this toy in the shower, the running water and noise were too much of a distraction to feel the subtle vibrations.
