This is a good, inexpensive toy for people who want to try out a number of different functions on a budget, but it's far from a perfect toy. If you are looking for something that will last, try something else.

Use

This toy is a great personal toy for those who like to be filled or experience vibrations. Its loud noise, obtrusive wires, and tube make it nearly impossible to be used discreetly anywhere when anyone else is in the room.

Material / Texture

Typical rubbery silicone, rubbery smell, but fades over time. The smooth rubbery texture also makes it difficult to insert without lube because of its high friction against skin.

Design / Shape / Size

Part of the issue with this is it starts off fairly large and is difficult for those with tighter asses to get in to begin with, so be prepared to use plenty of lube. The roundish shape is not nearly as easy as a more tapered one would be. Once in, the inflation makes it a good toy for experienced users.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibrations are wonderful, though a bit noisy. However, the real issue is that the motor is in the head of the plug, so that if you start to inflate the plug, the vibrations become much more difficult to feel and thereby enjoy. The batteries last a while. The pump bulb seems attached poorly, and falls off easily. As with most inflateable plugs, eventually it will lose its shape and wear a hole through it so it will stop inflating.

Care and Maintenance

The remote is not waterproof, so wash it gently and keep the wire away from any water. I recommend storing the plug in a bag as you would with any plug, but leave the wire sticking out and keep the remote outside that bag.

Packaging

It's a simple box, wrapped in plastic to stop it from bouncing around. It's simple, just add batteries and turn on. No assembly required. The box is not subtle in the least, don't leave it around.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 3 months after original review

It seems the seal is going in it now so it doesn't hold air more than a few minutes. The sturdier material it uses makes it great for a regular vibrating plug still, and is still a good toy, but don't look at it as a permanent investment.
