Pros
Feels like anal sex, Very Powerful.
Cons
Too big, requires lots of lube, noisy.
So if you've tried nearly every type of vibrator and plug anally then its time to try this toy. The Up and Down Thruster by Nasstoys is not at all a vibrator and is a very unique toy. This butt plug does not vibrate, the tip moves up and down at any speed you'd like. If you think that you are an experience anal toy user still plan on spending a lot of time to get this toy inside you. This toy is much bigger than it looks. I am a very experienced anal toy user and this toy took quite a while to get in me and be comfortable.
The Up and Down butt plug seems to be a well built toy. The controller seems a little cheap but the toy makes up for that. This toy is made of rubber so it requires proper care. If you plan on sharing your Up and Down Pleaser, then you should use a condom as rubber is very porous and can not be sterilized. When cleaning this toy I had to cover the hole where the cord goes in to keep water out but it cleans very easily. This toy also uses 4 C batteries so it has all the power one could ask for.
When I Finally got this toy inside me it was uncomfortable because of its large size. I had to use lots of lubricant and take my time but it is worth it. The first time I turned it on I didn't like it at all it was painful again because of the size. But I tried it again and again cause it was different and wanted to give it a shot. Now that I'm used to this toy I really like it. It really does feel like getting fucked when properly positioned. It is fairly difficult to keep inside because it is too big and pushing hard internally so a little movement and this toys pops out. All around if you are looking for something to feel like you are getting fucked and think you can handle a large anal plug then give this toy a chance.

Experience
I found this toy hard to use the first time because of the size. So use another toy to loosen up first. Also you have to give this toy a few tries as the first time most likely won't be enjoyable.
Follow-up commentary

This toy was fun after you spend an hour trying to stretch your ass to get it in. This is the only anal toy I have ever had, that truly did feel like someone was behind me fucking me. So if you can handle the huge size, then give it a try. If they made this toy in a smaller version, I think it may sell better than this one did.

Do the beads rotate & how many speeds does the "thrusting" motion have?
