This interesting little massager features a hitchhiker’s thumb shaped curve to the tip, vibration intensity dial, waterproofing, retrieval cord, and a smaller, less intimidating size. It constructed of wonderful hard, smokey, grey, transparent plastic, and is sold as a perineum/prostate massager though it ended up as anything BUTT. Of the two sizes (5.5 and 7.5 inches,) I opted for the smaller one, of which only about 4 inches is actually insertable before you hit the plastic loop for the retrieval cord. It maxes out at a comfortable 3.5 inches in circumference in the bend and down the shaft.

The massager does have good weight to it, and gets some pretty good vibrations. Mind you, this tickle was from the vibe dial turned all the way up. It definitely isn’t the strongest vibration, just enough to give a little bit of sensation. The thumb shape is great for the massage experience, and it fits just right in the perineum area or between toes.
After use I gave it a good scrub with our regular bathroom antibacterial soap and water and a little scrubby bristle brush, since the waterproof design and smooth, non-porous plastic allow for such easy cleanup.

While this toy did hold up to a tests underwater in the sink, as of yet we haven’t actually used the waterproof feature or ‘retrieval cord’ features of this massager. The only thing that makes it "waterproof" is a little rubber gasket inside the vibe dial/ cap. If that gasket were to be damaged, dry up or be incorrectly placed, the water would breach the threads of the cap. Besides this concern, I had quite a bit of trouble changing out the batteries! I had to try tweezers and pliers to try to pull out the AAA batteries. Eventually I got hold of the plastic battery holder and pulled the whole thing out and replaced the 2 batteries; then spent some time trying to set them back the right way into the shaft!

Honestly when it came to this toy, we kind of sat there and scratched our heads, because the size of the tip was larger than expected. We assumed the proportions would be a little skinnier than plugs or dildos since it's a massager and rather short. Unfortunately, the 3 inch circumference seemed a bit too wide for the sensitive bottom of my beginner boyfriend. We have a track record of misjudging the proportions of massagers from the pictures. Despite ordering the shorter (5.5 inches length) of the two available choices, it was still a little intimidating for him.

I bought the Perineum Massager for my partner after some discussion, looking for something in a small size that a beginner could handle with a couple of extra features so the toy would not get old after a couple of tries. That being said, once we took it out of the package, it became a massager of most anything but perineums and prostates.

Once we got it out of the package and had a chance to check it out, this toy’s hard plastic construction, size/circumference, and tiny seams down the sides made him even more apprehensive about it for anal use, so at first I used it as a foreplay item, stroking and circling across his nipples, neck and ears, and perineum area and got a lovely rise and reaction from the tickle that it gave.

Though I finally did ease this one into anal use for him, it was only very lightly and shallow since I don’t think this toy is very well suited to deep penetration, having a barely wider base and the retrieval cord loop would make ‘retrieval’ very unpleasant. The toy has the feeling of a well worn mouse, and keeps a kind of oily gentle drag feeling on the skin when it has no lube on it. With lube (we used water-based, for back-door safety) it feels smooooooth. The tiny seams I dealt with super-fine sand paper, just to make my lover more comfortable with the toy. Using this toy only just inside with short rocking strokes (we experimented with the vibe but I ended up just turning it off) definitely increased the intensity of his orgasm. Very good tool to use during handjobs to stimulate the whole crotch area.

In the reverse, when it was my turn to be tickled across back, neck, ears, toes and back of the arms and knees, I wasn’t into it at first, since it’s not one of my personal tastes. But it turns out I actually like having it on a very very low vibe setting and light pressure in circles or strokes, I really adore the way the hard plastic stays cool and glides smoother than skin.
As I said, I usually shy from this sort of massager, but decided to give it a try anyways on my own lady parts. Trying it on the G-spot I found annoying vibe or no vibe, but on the other hand also kind of served as a warm up that made the following sex more intense and satisfying. Personally though, I don't feel like the juice was worth the squeeze.

Since my dear has had a chance to 'expand' on what he can handle when it comes to anal play, we have had a chance to enjoy more of what this toy can do. It has since become more accessible in our toybox when craving a little bit of vibe-y prostate play.
