The Perineum Massager is a great little toy for anyone looking for power and simplicity. It's made out of a hard plastic and doesn't feel cheap or breakable. It's odorless and doesn't retain anything scents after use. It's simple to clean and I'll you need is some hot water and anti bacterial soap and your set. The toy is a perfect length, not too long and yet not too short and a perfect thickness. The vibrator is a turn dial and will hit everywhere from low to max so your able to dial in your perfect setting. Aesthetically it's the perfect toy, however, when it comes to use the shining light begins to dim.

Although the toy is powerful, the nob for the vibrations is stiff and becomes very difficult to turn if any form of lube gets onto it. Also, with power comes noise and this isn't the quietest toy on the planet. When not inserted the toy can easily be heard through a door, so either turn it on after insertion or keep some music playing. Sadly, the toy isn't the best at keeping moisture out as well. Although "waterproof" I've found that after use in the shower it always looked like water had gotten in somehow. This lead to batteries corroding and the device working irregularly. Also if the toy chips or cracks or any imperfections are found near the head of the toy, your going to end up feeling them upon insertion.

And yet even with these problems the toy delivers. The amount of power and vibration your able to receive is incredible and when you hit your G-spot it will make you melt. You feel filled when the toy is in you and its easy to maneuver around.
