This is made of silicone and is pretty firm. Firm is good since the large head is not tapered. The size is probable more for intermediate or advanced users. However, if you like feeling a stretch and full feeling, this would be great. Just use plenty of thick lubricant and have patience.

The head has nice thick ribs on it. They felt good when I thrusted Mr. P spot hacker in and out. The perineum stimulator has a bugle in the center and lots of little soft nubs.

This is very easy to care for. Just remember since silicone material only uses water-based or coconut oil for lubricant, the Eden toy cleaner is recommended. You can use antibacterial soap, but something strong for something that goes in your butt is good. If it does pick up some odors, soak it in 5% bleach solution overnight. Then wash really well.
