First of all, I would like to say I'm not a sex toy expert. I'm just here to share my experience and findings with you. I learned about prostate massage a few years ago and tried a few items along the way.

There are many types of prostate simulators on the market. Some are powered and vibrate. Anal plugs provide constant rubbing, especially if walking or moving around. Then there are some you gently push in and out like the glass Amethyst dildo. Then there are the hands-free ones. EF has several silicone and glass ones. This one is stainless steel.

The Prostate Expert can be used hands-free or manipulated by its handle. For hands-free experience just squeeze the anus sphincter muscles, that will pull it up. When you release, it will drop back down. The large bulbous head will rub the prostate through the rectum wall, as it glides up and down.

I do enjoy using this hands-free while watching TV. However, the best way I found to use this is during oral and traditional penis to vaginal intercourse while having this in. The dual stimulation makes me harder and larger. And when climaxing it is much more explosive. Every drop of semen will come out of you!

Stainless steel is the safest material for sex toys. It is totally nonporous, so germs can not grow or stick to it. The design is totally smooth and slick. It will not require much lubricant compared to other materials. And of course, it is very firm and will penetrate easily. Beginners will have an easy time sliding this in and working it.

Although this is made of stainless steel, you must be careful not to scratch it! It is hard to break but can scratch easily.

As this is stainless steel, any lubricant will work. Waterbased, silicone or coconut oil will work fine.

One look at this and you know it will work well. Not only will the smooth stainless glide up and down effortlessly; the curved bulbous head will engulf your walnut-size prostate. The handle makes it easy to aim into your anus and serves as a stopper. It won't get lost in your nether-lands. The head is tapered and starts really small.

How to use: Grasp the handle, invert it, so head and ensuing lump is pointed upwards. Apply lubricant and push into the anus. You can use the handle and push it gently back and forth. Or you can allow your sphincter muscles to do all the work. When you squeeze, it will draw the P-Expert upwards. As you release, it will drop down each time stroking your prostate, and the more pleasure you will feel. I also read massaging the prostate helps it to not get enlarged.

The long neck design (tapered) aids in the sliding also. The second bulb is what stops it from falling out. Think of that part as the "runway."

The weight also helps this drop down effortlessly.

The white one is the Aneros. Notice how small the head is compared to the EF P-Expert. Stainless will also slide easier than plastic or silicone.

Beginners may think this is too large but take my advice. Save your money, don't start with a tiny one. You will outgrow it within a few plays.

As you would expect with its design, it performed superbly! The weight also made it perform well. Compared to the plastic Aneros this was way better. It slid in easier, moved up and down with less effort. The curved bulbous head really targeted my prostate.

Being stainless it is easy to clean. Nothing will stick to it that won't come off easily. You do have to be careful not to drop or scratch it though. You can boil it or put in 5% bleach to water solution. If you boil it, I recommend you leave it in hot water till the water cools off. Don't try to remove it while hot. If you drop it, you may scratch it.

To make sure it doesn't get scratch I leave it on a towel. The included bag is nice, but out of sight, out of mind. If I took it out of the house, I will wrap it in a hanky first and put in the bag.

The only thing I might pay attention to is the nonsmooth finish in the handle. Where the seam is on the inside it is a little rough. The metal is not broken but thought I would point this out.

The P-Expert came in a ziplock bag. Inside was the included black storage bag. The toy was double wrapped with paper.

A few years back I read prostate massage was good for a male's health. Aided in libido and semen production. Some also have P spot orgasms. Those can involve fluids leaking out or tremendous euphoria in the mind. Some achieve it by vigorous thrusting, vibrating or a long gentle session. Some also experience it through pegging.
