Use

This toy is different from most anal beads. The graduating beads have a firm, yet flexible base between them. With lubricant, they are simple to use and have a slight curve to make insertion easier. This may not be best for the anal beginner, as the last bead is a bit challenging. However, you can start from the first bead and eventually work your way up. It has a handle so it won't be lost and it is possible to have intercourse while wearing it.

Material / Texture

This toy doesn't have the plastic/ factory smell some toys have. Instead, it seems to be scented. The material is a nice silicone mix, but it also means that lint is attracted to this toy. Overall, great toy.

Design / Shape / Size

The toy might be a little long for some and the final beads may be too large. While the graduating beads are nice, they can sometimes slip out. The design is simplistic, yet effective. I would recommend getting the charcoal color over the pink as it makes any possible mess less offensive.

Performance

The best part of the toy is the material and feel. This is definitely an improvement from jelly and other materials. It is smooth and comfortable to insert and easy to remove.

Care and Maintenance

The toy can be washed with soap and hot water. Like many silicone toys, it tends to attract lint, so as soon as you`re done washing it, wrap it in a cloth to keep the lint to a minimum.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 1 month after original review

X-10 Anal beads are still doing their job! The powdery/fresh scent is still present, but not overwhelming. I think it beats any other original anal bead that has a small string between the two balls. They hardly ever slip out and as you progress to the third and forth beads they give a nice, full feeling.

My boyfriend has even given these beads a try! He got to the second bead on his first try. Now we're looking into prostate toys for him.

I still think the X-10 Anal Beads are superior to most others in the market in terms of maintenance, feel and performance.
