X-10 anal beads - beads discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by RWN

The name itself seems pretty intimidating until you get to that pink bit, and when I went to see the product, the 1:1 actual size looked pretty intimidating as well. However, a few short days later, and a long box arrived with the beads in it. Extremely light weight, they are also nice and smooth, which while I do like things that weigh a little, I enjoy smoothness even more, no grainy kind of feel to the material. I was quick to try them out, several times, in several different places.

I generally cannot get anything inside my rear unless I'm sitting or lying down, but these beads were slippery enough with nothing but water to work them in even while standing and they were comfortable. Though I personally would have liked just a little more girth to the beads themselves, and they were kind of long for my tastes, I still enjoyed this product greatly. One of the few things that was odd to me is the description said it came "Pleasantly scented for a sensual experience", I'm not sure what these people consider sensual, but when I first took it out of the package, it smelled almost overwhelmingly of baby powder. The scent dies down a bit when washed, but I don't think it will really ever go away. All in all, it's a great toy; just wide enough not to slip out on it's own, even if you contract your muscles like I sometimes do just for the fun of feeling it better.

I also noted that the toy tends to 'flip' itself around; it's curved and I had it so that the handle was closer, but when I released the handle for a moment, the entire toy twisted itself away, which was odd but not terribly uncomfortable, just a little annoying when I wanted to hold onto it. The X-10 anal beads also took the vibrations of my other toy so well I would have thought it was vibrating all by itself; it's truly a very nice toy. All and all, a great toy for beginners as it's not all that thick. I wish I could get it in deeper to feel the bigger ones, but for now, it's just too long for me.

Over all, I give this toy a four stars out of five - it's a good toy, even if you don't care for the color pink [editor’s note: they also come in grey].
