Ironman's Two Finger Fuck

The Double Trouble is a beautiful juxtaposition of cold, hard steel formed in a fluid and organic shape. While the quality of material and craftsmanship are not up to par with Njoy products, the overall design works well whether used anally or vaginally. If you look past the mostly minor defects, this is certainly worth consideration by all metal enthusiasts.

Use

The Double Trouble is one of the interesting new designs in Pipedream’s Metal Worx line of toys. Although the toy is classified as a prostate massager, there’s no reason that women can’t also enjoy this toy both anally and vaginally. The “two finger” design and hard material provides for a larger and harder experience than a standard two finger fuck. Combine that with the reflective beauty of steel and overall you have a winner. As with all steel toys, care should be taken during play since it is such an unforgiving material.

Material / Texture

The Metal Worx line of toys is described by Pipedream as being made of “high quality steel” despite the product page currently stating that they are stainless steel. Regardless, it is non-porous, hard, and heavy (about 1.4 lbs.) which allows for intense stimulation. Another wonderful benefit of steel is that it retains temperature so well. Heat it up in a bowl of warm water or chill it down in the fridge if you enjoy temperature play.

Although advertised as “hand polished to perfection,” it does have some noticeable imperfections in the finish. The few small nicks and scratches are not noticeable during use; none are raised or sharp that might cause concern with an insertable toy. The inside surface of the handle has circumferential grooves as though something was screwed in and then removed. All of these minor defects are cosmetic rather than functional.

Design / Shape / Size

The overall shape of the Double Trouble mimics two fingers (middle and index) and the thumb in a “V” shape. The insertable portion consists of a larger, bulbous finger welded to a smaller, shorter finger with a groove between the two. The toy has an overall length (from tip to handle) of 5-1/2” and an insertable length of 3-3/4”. When fully inserted, the neck has a diameter of 7/8” with a circumference of 2-1/2”. The perineal tab is 2-1/2” in length and positioned at about a 30-degree angle relative to the fingers which prevents the toy from completely inserting.

The maximum width of the two fingers is 1-3/4” with a circumference of approximately 4-3/4”. The handle is a circular loop with an overall diameter of 1-1/2”, an inner diameter of 1”, and a width of 7/8”.

Although they could not be felt during use, there are some edges associated with each finger. They’re not sharp but are a contrast to the fine polish and finish associated with Njoy toys.

The size is likely more suitable for anal players with at least moderate experience. However, steel toys slide in very easily with only the smallest amount of lube needed. Also, the oval shape of the two fingers provides a nice stretch but somehow feels smaller than the circumference if it were completely round.

Performance

When inserted, the Double Trouble will apply pressure to the prostate due to the overall size of the fingers. For me personally, the tip of the longest finger is too long and reaches just past my prostate. You can pull the toy out slightly to position the tip properly, however, the perineal tab will no longer be applying pressure. The toy is probably ideal for anyone with a prostate positioned 3-1/2”-4” inside the anus. Despite the fact that it did not apply direct prostate pressure for me, I actually preferred the toy fully inserted to allow firm perineal pressure. The tip of the thumb is nicely rounded and was not pokey at all.

I was originally concerned about the acute angle between the fingers and the thumb. However, the toy fit very comfortably, even when fully inserted. Once inserted, it was not really possible to thrust the toy due to the size and weight. Instead, I found it worked better to use either a rocking motion or slow, short strokes. The weight of the toy is very nice and adds to the feeling of fullness.

For me, the major design flaw is with the loop handle. If you try to insert your index finger into the handle and cup the toy in your palm, you have to either have long arms or contort your body to manipulate it anally. Alternatively, you can grasp the loop of the handle between your index finger and thumb. However, the loop is too small to control a toy of this size and weight. Plus, the handle is too close to the base and difficult to get leverage when rocking the toy. Ideally, the handle should be larger and longer so that it can be comfortably grasped.

We also tried this vaginally on my wife and had some success. The main issue is that the thumb can be used to apply clitoral stimulation, but extreme care must be taken to not apply too much pressure since steel is such a hard material. The toy can be rocked to hit the G spot, but that generally means that the thumb doesn’t maintain clitoral pressure. I was leery to use this on my wife given the concerns with too much clitoral pressure, so she manipulated it herself. She ran into the same issue that the handle is difficult to grasp and manipulate. It takes a lot of effort to rock the toy since there is virtually no leverage from the handle. This combined with the weight made it difficult for my wife to continue for very long. The Njoy Pure Wand is easier to use and applies more direct pressure. However, the Double Trouble provides a more filling sensation with its larger width.

Care and Maintenance

As with all steel toys, the material is extremely easy to care for and maintain. You can boil it or use a dilute bleach solution to sterilize. For everyday cleaning, use your favorite toy cleaner or antibacterial soap. After cleaning, wipe dry and store it in the original case or any method you prefer. Personally, I keep all of my steel and glass toys on display in my bathroom. You can use any lube you prefer and typically need only a small amount given the smoothness and lack of drag associated with steel.

Packaging

The storage case is absolutely one of the highlights for the Metal Worx line of toys. The Double Trouble case measures 7” x 4” x 3” and features black panels with metal reinforced edges. The look is sleek and stylish in an industrial fashion. The lid originally comes with a sticker that has a picture and name of the toy. This sticker can be removed to reveal the Metal Worx logo which is much more discreet.

The case is secured with a single latch that feels sturdy and should last. Inside, the toy is nestled securely in a dense, foam padding. If desired, the foam padding can be removed and the case used to store other items.

Personal comments

There were originally some small areas of dark discoloration at the seams where the two fingers were welded together. After multiple uses, I noticed that these areas got larger and darker. I applied a tarnish remover which lightened the stains significantly but did not completely remove them, further evidence that the Metal Worx line is not made of stainless steel as the product page indicates.

Follow-up commentary
The tarnish I noted in my original review is still present on the toy but it has gotten no worse. The metal polish I used removed most of it, but a slight area of discoloration still persists. However, it does not interfere with the use at all. I'm really happy with the unique shape and design of this toy and proudly display it among my other steel toys.

Ironman reference, love it. You know I just can't stop loving the case that comes with this toy. If only the product itself was of higher quality, I would consider buying it. Thanks for the great review!

Very thorough indeed! Thank you so much!!! I have purchased Metal Worx nipple clamps and they do not have the intense strength that the product description and some reviews claimed. Overall, the product was in good condition.

Thanks for the great review and pictures. The discoloration is worrisome, but if it's only on the surface and mostly removed I guess it's not so bad.
  • Contributor: Kindred
@AlianneCimorene - It continues to tarnish over time, but it cleans with a little polish. Thanks!
