This is a simple to use toy, perfect for a beginner just getting into prostate/anal stimulation. The small flexible arm will be easy to insert in even the tightest of butt holes with some water based lube. The toy is waterproof, but requires hands-on operation at all times. Works well as a solo or partner enabled toy. No fears of losing or inserting this one too far and causing pain.

Pros
Easy to use, AA batteries, easy to insert, silicone, waterproof, beginner friendly, flexible/soft/sm
Cons
May be small for experienced users. May flex too much for those liking firm toys. Not hands-free.
If the name Prostate specialist doesn't give away the purpose of this toy, I don't know what does. I suppose women can also use this anally, but it's more geared towards men exploring their internal pleasure zone...the P-spot. The toy is designed for ease of use and appealing for beginners/newbies.
This is a hands-on type toy, so you'll have to actively hold it or your partner will have to use it on you. Other prostate toys are designed to insert and stay there moving gently against the prostate with or without vibration by using your internal muscle contractions. This is more of an active exploratory toy or possibly something to aid men with prostate problems, but is not marketed as a medical device.
It is very easy to insert and operate and should be the right length to reach most men's prostate. It is also waterproof for shower/bath play and easy cleaning.
The insertable portion is 100% silicone and smooth to the touch, and flexible. It almost looks like a clinical device more than a toy, if not for the bright red ABS plastic handle. Ideal size for newbies. Anal experts might find the size too small. This is definitely geared towards novices and first-time explorers.
Silicone can be sterilized and share between partners if properly cleaned between uses.
The insertable portion is small in diameter, flexible and inserts about 2". Just right to hit that P-spot and see what all the fuss is about without worrying about thrusting too deep or worse yet losing it inside. The control end is set at a 90 degree angle for easier insertion and control. This means you can lay on your back or on your knees and insert the tip easily while adjusting the 10 vibration patterns within easy reach. It's easy to insert and use, but you must hold it all all times or it will slip out. This is great as a solo toy or for use with a partner. Partners just starting out with P spot exploration don't have to worry about inserting the toy too far and hurting their loved one. It is slim for easy of insertion too. I think the ideal use is having a partner insert it while giving a blowjob or handjob.
I wouldn't hesitate to travel with it. It's fairly small and unobtrusive. Just remove the batteries when packing to avoid accidental turn on's. The button is very easy to activate. I can't say it's discreet, but is more medical device looking, than sexy toy appearing.
The prostate specialist has 10 speeds/patterns/intensity levels. They range from constant to various pulsing and random patterns. There is just one button to operate the toy. One press turns it on and subsequent presses change the pattern/intensity. You must hold the button for about 5 seconds to turn it off. Standard operations for toys like this.
The stimulation arm is flexible. Probably more flexible than it needs to be, but because of it's small size it's easy to insert. It is easy to operate and ideal for beginners to use solo or with a partner.
I'd say it is about 3.5 vrooms and 3-3.5 bees. Fairly loud, but not obnoxiously loud. You could probably use this behind closed doors in a roomate situation.
The toy runs on 2AA batteries and they should be removed when not using the toy for a prolonged period of time. Water based lubes are best to use with silicone toys, however in my experience high quality silicone lubes work too without damage to the material. Do at your own risk though and always spot test first. Sassy booty lube is one I most recommend. Great consistency and ingredients.
It is waterproof so you can use in the shower/tub. Do not boil the toy, but you could run hot water over the insertable arm safely for cleaning or just use a 5% bleach solution or anti-bac soap and water.

Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore1 month after original review
This toy is ok for a beginner, but it doesn't really stimulate me as much as I'd like. I'd prefer it with someone else using it on me while getting head I think, but it's not the type of toy you can insert and leave put, so it requires a hand at all times.. I think I'd prefer the arm to be more rigid than flexible too.
