If you're interested in this, you're probably already a bit on the experienced side, or are new but have a serious medical-play fetish.

Either way, it's not too shabby. The quality seems to be very good. While it is a bit wiggly by design on the moveable parts, it feels sturdy. I don't think rusting is an issue, but I've been over-careful in cleaning it, just in case.

When pushing down on the handle to expand it, it's actually more painless (literally) than what I think a similar stretch would be with a typical toy of the same size. Maybe because of the leverage? No idea. It's not the easiest toy to implement solo, but not impossible.

My one caveat, which I think is just a component of using something shaped this way, is that the inside-facing edge of the (named as such in the manual) blades (yikes) is not rounded. If you're comfortably able to insert it while slightly open (which I think they suggest), you can avoid it making contact with anything, and it's a nonissue. However, if it does make landfall, expect a bit of discomfort until it's better situated.
