I'm writing this review from a slightly different standpoint than one might expect. I've never had this toy inside of me. I have no prostate to stimulate. However, I have had the pleasure of using it ON my partner many, many, times already. If you're in the same position and looking for something to use on your male partner and be comfortable with the use of the toy, hopefully my perspective will help you along your way!

The TitanMen master tool comes exactly as described. The packaging is alright; it’s fairly descriptive and lets you see the toy, but nothing worth keeping for storage purposes. It is 5-1/2” long with the base, with about an inch less of insertable length. It is made of sil-a-gel which is a firm but flexible, smooth, semi-porous material. Because of it being semi-porous, however, it should never be shared and if it is going to be shared, it should ALWAYS be covered with a condom. The base of this toy is rectangular which, when I looked at it, seemed like it would have been uncomfortable resting against his body but he didn’t mind it at all. The nice thing of the size of the base, however, is that when I inserted it into him and tried to hold it in place at times, it makes a great, firm handle, making it very easy to maneuver and even remove properly. Other toys we have tried have a very flimsy base and cannot be handled as comfortably.

The most noticeable feature of this toy is its girth. It is 1-5/8” in diameter and besides the neck has no real spots that are narrower than that. This is definitely not a toy for beginners. The sil-a-gel material makes it easier to deal with the size however because it isn’t too firm and will flex a little with the inside of his body. Also, we expected this toy to have some kind of a learning curve when it came to insertion because it doesn’t taper at the top and there really wasn’t one! The combination of some super thick Maximus water based lube (our favorite for any anal play) and the super smooth finish of the toy made this one go in as easily as could be!

Because I am familiar with the interior anatomy of my partner, I knew exactly what area I was going for and the curve in this toy fit just right to hit it. He used it with no other stimulation and enjoyed it thoroughly but was not able to orgasm using it that way. However with a little manual stimulation to his penis, he got off quickly and very intensely. The orgasms he gets from the prostate and general anal-area stimulation from this toy give him a very different experience from not only toy-free sex, but from any of his other anal toys. The combination of the shape, girth, and flexibility of this toy worked as a great combination and it was curved and sized perfectly for his personal anatomy.

We also used this toy on him while having vaginal intercourse with me on top and although he found it very pleasurable and was able to climax very easily, it was also the only time the toy ‘popped’ on him at all and had to be reinserted. I think the popping problem can be attributed to the size of the neck of the toy in relation to the body of the toy. It’s not as drastic of a difference as many other anal toys which makes it easier for the body to push it out.

When we first used the toy, he was on his knees because we had expected some trouble inserting it. But once it went in so easily, we’ve begun inserting it while he’s on his back with no issues at all. The shape of the toy and size of the base also made the insertion very easy for me. The base is firm and large giving me a good grip, and the curve moves naturally with his body so once it was introduced, it required little to no pressure to insert fully. The curve also made it easy for me to insert it from any angle around his body without having to sit directly between his legs if that wasn’t where I was at the moment.

This toy should be cleaned thoroughly with warm water and antibacterial soap. Although it is called sil-a-gel and has a very similar feel to silicone, it is NOT medical grade silicone and therefore cannot be put in the dishwasher without risk of damage. EF lists this material as safe with silicone lubricants but we chose not to take the chance, just in case. If you’re a die-hard silicone lube fan, you could always test a small area of it first for a reaction. As I mentioned earlier, the packaging really isn't suitable for keeping, so just keep this one in its own pouch or container to keep it away from other toys because of its semi-porous material.

We still do enjoy this toy when we use it, but we don't use it nearly as much as we used to. We've found the perfect anal toy for him that has absolutely no flaws for us, so this one doesn't come out of the drawer as much as it used to. He still loves it and reaches for it when he wants something a little different though.
