The P-trainer was a happy surprise. It has a very simple design, but works really well at stimulating both the perineum (taint) and the prostate (p-spot). It is a definite must have for my toybox.

The design features a bulb head that flares out to a modest 1" diameter and is a very nice size for a new user. After the head, it shrinks to a thin, ribbed neck quickly that is easy to keep in, even during vigorous thrusting. Finally, the flared base arms are designed so that are long and firm enough on one side to stimulate the taint while the other is short enough to be out of the way while being long enough that you don't worry about the P-trainer slipping in. Both arms have enough inward curve and flex so they are comfortable for long-term wear.

The texture on the longer arm is pronounced enough that it gives a very noticeable stimulation to the taint when you move, but isn't rough enough to cause discomfort. Along with the textured nubs on the arm the narrow neck of the P-trainer is ribbed so that it is both easy to keep in, but also stimulates the anal ring lightly. With both areas rubbing away you can almost forget anything else you might be doing. Additionally, the ring on the P-trainer makes it very easy to remove, especially if you have slippery, lube covered hands.


P-trainer is made from 100% hypoallergenic, latex-free silicone. It should be kept clean with soap & water or a sanitizing spray. Alternately you can just toss it into the dishwasher and then use a specialty cleaning spray. Make sure to avoid any silicon based lubricant as they will break down the surface of the P-trainer an allow small pits, that can harbor bacteria, to form.
