"O" Stands For One Big Disappointment
The Nexus O is a very innovative approach to male prostate stimulation. It utilizes a unique design and shape to reach and put pressure on the prostate, from both the inside and the outside. Not everyone will have success with this toy, however, as everyone's body is shaped differently. Proceed with care.

Not for Everyone
I was so sure that the "Nexus O" was exactly the toy that I needed. I wanted something that could be inserted anally, that would stimulate my prostate, that required no batteries or electric power, and that wouldn't pop out during sex. And certainly, if the product descriptions and other reviews were to be believed, than this toy would have been perfect for me. It wasn't.
I'll begin by describing the "O's" design. It's intriguing, innovative, and simply like nothing else I've ever seen before. Shaped like a letter C, with three evenly spaced and rounded nubs, it's meant to act both internally and externally during use. Here's how: the user is meant to insert one nubby end of the C into their rear, while the rest of the toy wraps around the perineum, allowing the the opposite nub to rest with gentle pressure on the outside, somewhere between the anus and the testicles. The principle here is that both nubs are meant to squeeze together and put pressure on the prostate, one from the inside, one from the outside. It's a great idea, and one that I must admit borders on genius. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
Let me rephrase that: it didn't work for me. I must have an abnormal anatomy, because I could not get this toy to work the way I was led to believe it would. My first problem came during insertion. As per the instructions, the user is meant insert the toy up to and including the middle nub. This would allow both ends of the toy to reach the prostate, as well as secure it in the anus, allowing for hands-free use. But getting it in past that middle nub proved, for me, a task impossible to perform. I simply could not get the toy to bend that way without what felt like gouging the inner lining of my rectum. Call me un-commited, but I tend to like my anal pleasure to be pain and hassle free.
As you can imagine, things did not improve from there. Since I was unable to properly insert the "O", I was also unable to enjoy it's primary purpose: prostate stimulation. While still capable of some light contact with the prostate, I found that, due to the shallow penetration, the toy could simply not reach far enough inside to grant me the type of sensation that I was so looking forward to. In my frustration, I simply pulled the "O" out and popped in a butt plug instead.
Despite my failure to find anything satisfying with this toy's performance, it does have a couple of redeeming features. First, it's made of pretty decent silicone, making it non-porous and easy to sterilize. It is not compatible with silicone lubricants, however, and users must only use water based ones. To the touch it is soft and velvety, and like all premium silicone toys worth a second glance, it is also firm enough to keep its shape forever, but flexible enough to bend with the body. Sadly, though, it just didn't bend to well with mine.
I would like to add that even though the "Nexus O" failed miserably in my endeavor to make it my new "go-to" toy, I am convinced that others will have more success. This is why I am giving it two stars rather than zero. In essence, it is a quality product that has been bravely and imaginatively designed. For that alone it deserves a nod. On top of that, I'm sure there are men aplenty that would find that it hits all the right spots.

Ever since I discovered the Lux Male Stimulator, I haven't even looked at the Nexus O. I just don't have time for this toy anymore.
