I bought this plug as my first anal toy, and it was a great choice. It was very easy to put in and remained comfortably in place. The narrow tip is tilted and it feels slightly better to me when inserted with the tip pointed up as opposed to down, but it's not a significant difference. It increases in size to a respectable width at the bottom, but it's tapered enough such that insertion is painless. The bottom portion sits in between my cheeks when the plug is fully inserted, and I can walk around without worrying about it shifting at all. I considered it a must have pretty much after my first use (the fact that it seriously enhanced my orgasms probably had a lot to do with it).

As with any anal toy, lube is a must, although since it's a silicone toy the lube can't contain silicone. A basic water-based lube works great. It's easily cleaned with soap and warm water, but you can also sterilize it by boiling it in a pot of water for about two minutes. I worried that it would retain smells, but generally a simple wash eliminates any trace odor.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get into anal play/stimulation; it's small enough to not be intimidating, but at the same time has enough firmness and girth to let you know that it's there. I've used it both on its own as well as a precursor to other means of stimulation (bigger plugs, dildos, etc). If you're very particular about size, this plug might be a bit too small to be a worthwhile purchase for you, but generally it strikes a nice balance between being slim enough to be accommodating and sizable enough that you won't outgrow it for a good amount of time. I've since gotten into other anal toys, but I still consider this plug to be one of my favorites.
